How to sync Google Workspace with Hexnode?

The Sync with Google Workspace remote action allows the synchronization of users, user groups, devices and domains from Google Workspace to the Hexnode UEM portal. Any changes made in Google Workspace such as updates to user roles, domain modifications, new domain creation, domain renaming, or changes to organizational units (OUs) are instantly reflected in Hexnode UEM. This action ensures IT admins have access to the most up-to-date information regarding users and devices.

Sync with Google Workspace

To sync data from Google Workspace:

1. Log in to your Hexnode UEM portal.
2. Navigate to Manage > Devices.
3. Go to Actions and click Sync with Google Workspace.

Or

1. Login to your Hexnode UEM portal.
2. Navigate to Manage > Devices.
3. Click on a ChromeOS device.
4. From Actions, click on Sync with Google Workspace action.
