How can I completely disable location tracking in Hexnode UEM?

Administrators cannot track the periodic or instantaneous locations of devices using Hexnode unless they associate a location tracking policy with the devices. Until then, the Scan Device Location under Manage > Actions will be disabled by default.

If a location tracking policy is attached to a device, the administrator can disable the policy at any time from the Hexnode portal. In such a case, uncheck the option Enable Location Tracking (Policies > Select the required Location Tracking policy > General Settings > Location Tracking) to disable location tracking services.

For Android devices, make sure to uncheck the option Prompt to enable location services from Admin > General Settings > Location Tracking. On unchecking this option, users will not be prompted to allow location services when they try to disable location services.
