Zscaler blocking devices to check inSolved

Hi,

We have implemented Zscaler in our environment, and when we enabled ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access), all of our devices stopped syncing or checking in.

I need some help with what I need to allow to pass on to Zscaler regarding the sync and check-in process.

Please, do you have any guesses?

For effective syncing and check-in, certain ports and IP ranges need to be allowlisted based on your device platform and geographical location. Please confirm that the ports and IP ranges mentioned in our help document on Hexnode’s Architecture for various platforms has been allowlisted after the implementation of Zscaler as well.
