Does my device becomes inactive if doesn’t respond for sometimes? If the device is connected to net, will it be ever shown active? What are the different reasons for being inactive?

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
A device is marked as inactive when it is not connected to a network and the MDM server fails to connect to the device for a time period longer than that specified under Admin-> General Settings -> Mark Inactivity.
