VPP App purchase not reflected in Hexnode portal.Solved

Hi hexnode is not adding my vpp purchases for my apps zoiper and anydesk hence i cannot send to devices.i added two new apps but i does not sync the vpp licenses from apple business manager

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

Once the VPP apps are purchased, navigate to Admin-> Apple Business/School Manager-> Apple VPP and click on the sync icon. Once the sync gets completed, the apps will get listed in the portal. Syncing fetches all the latest information about the total assets and users managed under the specific account.

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

To view the apps, please navigate to Apps tab-> Apps. You can filter the apps by selecting the License type as VPP and all the VPP apps will be listed.
