After applying a new password policy, select Macbook users are unable to update their passwords, even though all the checkmarks show as green when entering their new passworeds (i.e. they meet all conditions for the policy). Any thoughts?

Could you please check the OS versions across the devices wherein the issue occurs?
This inconsistency on Mac has been a known issue and reported since the Sonoma update. However, Apple seems to have resolved it in Sonoma 14.1.
