Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

Yes, it is. Please follow the below steps for enabling two-step verification:

  1. Navigate to Admin-> Technician and Roles.
  2. Click on Add Technician button. The set of options for configuring a new technician will be displayed.
  3. Click on the drop-down list next to the option ‘Role’ and choose the option ‘Admin’ for providing the technician with Admin privileges.
  4. Enable the option ‘Enable two-step verification’ for activating the same on technician login. Configure the other options and click Save.

When the technician logs in to his account the next time, he will have to enter his username and password, and then a verification code will be sent to his email address and mobile number. He will have to enter the code to complete the sign in process.
You can also disable/enable the two-step verification for an already existing technician. The existing technicians will be listed under Admin-> Technician and Roles. Click on the edit icon at the end of the row along which the details of the desired technician are listed. You will be able to modify the configured settings. Click Save for the changes to be reflected.

Check out our help doc on configuring technician roles for more info.

Cheers!
