Recently, we purchased several iPads for the 8th graders and assigned each device to a student. We’ve noticed that students are able to remove apps from their devices, even though the apps should not be removed. Can anyone suggest how to restrict students from deleting the apps?

Hello @marien ,
Thank you for reaching out. Hexnode offers a restriction to prevent users from removing apps. Follow the steps below to enforce this restriction:
- Log in to your Hexnode UEM portal.
- Navigate to Policies > New Policy. Assign a suitable name and description (optional) for the policy. You can also choose to continue with an existing policy.
- Go to iOS > Restrictions > Advanced Restrictions.
- Click Configure.
- Uncheck the Remove apps restriction to restrict the user from removing the app.
For more details, please refer to our help documentation on setting up iOS MDM restrictions.
Happy testing,
John Cooper

Guys, is there any way we can do it with a configuration profile? If yes, can anyone help me with the configuration profile?
