Where can I find the serial number of an enrolled device?

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

Please navigate to the Manage tab and click on the desired device. You will be directed to the Device Summary Page. Navigate to the ‘Device Info’ sub-tab. Under Device Info, you could view the serial number of the specific device.

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

You can see the serial number of all enrolled devices from the Manage tab itself.
Navigate to Manage-> Devices and you will be able to see the list of all enrolled devices, along with their details.
If the serial number is not displayed among the details, click on the edit icon below the search bar. From the window that appears, select the option ‘Serial Number’ and click Done. The Manage tab will now display all the enrolled devices, along with their serial numbers.
