Sent, Draft folders are not shown in the mail app when email configurations (POP account) are pushed through the email policy. Is this the expected behaviour when email is set up via mdm policy?

Thank you for reaching out to us, @karin-la.
We’ve been receiving many queries with regards to the reported issue. Please be informed that that is not an issue with configuring the email account via Policies, but rather a problem with Apple’s latest iOS update, which is also exhibited on devices not enrolled in any MDM solution.
Cheers!

Same issue happened to us with ios 13 update! This is an Apple issue and has nothing to do with the MDM provider. Let’s hope they fix this with an ios 13.1 update.
You will see the sent folder when you send a test mail and the trash folder when you delete a mail. This is what worked for me atleast.
One of my devices ( iphone XS 256GB) had the saame issue. But weirdly enough, older device models seems to work fine because the mail app on my iphone 7Plus have all the mailboxes.
Faced the same problem with iOS 13. Updating to iOS13.1 did not remedy the problem. Tried deleting and adding the POP account again just in case but still not solved!
@pablo Got the mailboxes back! But the drafts folder doesn’t seem to work now. Draft mails just seem to disappear! Hope Apple comes out with a solution soon.
