Is there a way I can search serial numbers for tablets? would like to search a device on the portal using the serial number of the device

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
Yes, there is. Please navigate to the Manage-> Devices and enter the serial number of the device in the search bar. Click Enter and the device details with the entered device number will be displayed.
