Device screen not being in landscape mode even after successful policy association, why is this happening?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
This issue shall happen if the Hexnode app is denied the permission to write system settings while enrollment. Kindly open the Settings app -> Special App Access -> Modify System Settings -> Hexnode; kindly check if this permission is allowed for the Hexnode app.
If not, please enable it and save your screen-orientation policy once again.
