Any ways to enroll non-reseller purchased devices through Samsung Knox enrollment?

Hi Susan,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

You can use the ‘Knox Deployment Application’ to enroll non-reseller purchased Samsung devices through Samsung Knox Enrollment.

However, only Samsung Knox devices running Knox 2.7.1 or higher can be enrolled this way.
The initial setup will be same for reseller purchased and non-reseller purchased devices. Once you have successfully created an MDM profile in the Knox portal, you can use the ‘Knox Deployment Application’ to add the devices to your portal.
