When remoting into a tablet the display quality is not set, once connection is applied the quality is the lowest possible, this causes tablets to zoom in, even after changing the quality to it’s highest maximum the physical tablet is still zoomed in. Request to set the tablet quality for location, per tablet, something to the highest versus starting at the lowest setting.
