Hi Luna, Thanks for posting the query.
Please navigate to Policies, you can select an existing policy or create a new one.
Select Kiosk Lockdown–>Android Kiosk Lockdown–>Peripheral Settings–>Hardware/Software Settings–>Enable Recent apps button.
Kindly enable this option to allow the users to see the recent apps. Please note to associate targets and save the policy.
