How do I resolve this error? A user gets it when trying to enrol. Thanks.

Hello @jennifer-asuwata, welcome to Hexnode Connect!

This error is likely to occur when the device is already enrolled. Please check if an MDM profile has already been installed on the device. You can do this by going to
System Preferences > Profiles. Additionally, could you please share the device’s OS version?
