Will there be changes to reflect the new profile customizations in Mojave, Catalina, and Big Sur in policies? Will there be a roadmap to be able to import custom profile configurations in to a policy so that we can further lock down and customize the look and feel to the end user?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We will be making potential changes to our flow in macOS management, with respect to the release of MacOS Big Sur. Whereas, the ability to push profiles can be made compatible in the previous versions like the macOS Mojave and Catalina.
This feature to push profiles, is something which is on our roadmap. Please do email us at mdm-support@hexnode.com, we shall append it to the notification queue of the feature so that you will be exclusively notified when this feature releases.
