Wonder if it’s possible that you could give me the Hexnode MDM APK directly or I could download it somewhere? I’d like to ask our tablet manufacturer to install the APK for me so I don’t need to install them one by one.

If you need to preinstall the Hexnode app in your devices, the devices would have to be rooted first and then be enrolled accordingly.
You can download the HexnodeMDM APK from the Enrollment help page.
If you want to directly download the APK, use this link.
You can also download the APK form the Play Store.
