Hey, Thanks for posting the query.
Please navigate to iOS > Advanced Restrictions >Allow Device Functionality. You will be able to find the option ‘Pair with Apple Watch’. When this option is enabled the device can be paired to an apple watch. The option will be enabled by default.
PS: This option will be effective only on Supervised iOS 9.0+ devices.
Please find more info regarding the restrictions on iOS devices.
