Hey everyone, I’m looking to set up some alerts in Hexnode for various events, like when a new device gets enrolled or disenrolled, when Android Enterprise is configured or removed, and when devices are compliant or non-compliant. Any suggestions on how I can make this happen?

Hey there! When you say “alerts,” are you talking about sending notifications to the admin?
Yep, exactly. Admin notifications are what I’m after!
Hi @mo-chou, welcome to Hexnode Connect!
To notify administrator about various events via email notifications, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Hexnode UEM portal.
- Navigate to Admin > Notifications.
- Here, you can find various events for which an admin can receive alerts. Enable notifications by checking the boxes corresponding to the following events:
- Device enrolled
- Device disenrolled
- Android Enterprise configured
- Android Enterprise disenrolled
- Device compliant
- Device out of compliance
- Click on Save to save the changes.
The administrator will receive an email notification whenever any of the selected events occur. For more information, check out our help documentation on setting up notification alerts via email.

Hello! We have created an app group for iOS devices with work related apps like Microsoft OneNote. Is it possible to modify the notification settings for the apps within this group and roll them out across the entire organization?
Hi @ezekiel, welcome to Hexnode Connect! While Hexnode doesn’t support configuring notification settings for app group as a whole, you can use Hexnode’s App Notifications feature to configure notification settings for individual apps on iOS devices and deploy them across the organization.
To set this up, go to the Policies tab and navigate to iOS > App Management > App Notifications. Choose the application you need to configure the notification settings for and then assign the policy to the device or device groups.
Let us know if you have any more queries.
