not able to access certain functionalitySolved

I have tried accessing the certain functionality but it does not seem to work. Is that because I am still in the trial period?

Hey, Thanks for reaching out.

During the trial period your portal is assigned with the plan ‘Ultra’. However, you can always modify this from Admin->License and compare the features that is available under each plan.
Please switch the plan and see if it works under the new plan.
