Hey Anna! Infact you can control all your iOS devices with a single Apple ID using Hexnode MDM,

it is always advisable to have a single common Apple ID for the company as if you create a personal ID for company use it might lead to confusions and the company would have to depend on your Personal ID even after you leave the company in the future.

You would not require an Apple ID while enrolling the iOS devices, but while distributing non – VPP applications to these devices, the respective user ID’s are required.

One detail. There is a maximum of 10 devices per Apple id. They say You can have 10 devices (no more than 5 computers) associated with your Apple ID for purchases at one time.”

Hello @RobertH321, welcome to Hexnode Connect!

Thank you for your input, we appreciate it.

Just to clarify, the limitation of 10 devices per Apple ID is specific to devices being associated with the Apple ID for purchases. It doesn’t apply to the number of devices that you can sign into with that Apple ID. As of now, Apple doesn’t seem to have any restriction on the number of devices you can sign into using the same Apple ID.
