Hi, I’m facing a little bit of an issue with installing Microsoft Teams on my Windows PC. The thing is, the installation is shown to be successful in the portal under action history, but the app is not getting installed on the device.

Since the status of the app installation is shown as Success in the Hexnode UEM portal, the installer ought to be downloaded onto the device. It should be present in %SystemDrive%\Program Files\Teams Installer or %SystemDrive%\Program Files (x86)\Teams Installer depending on whether your OS is 32 bit or 64 bit, respectively.
The installer gets launched when a user logs into their profile. The issue at hand is probably because you are already logged into the device when the action is executed from the portal. Please try logging out of your user profile and logging back in. That should get the application launched and complete the installation.
