in the ”ultimate” package, is both MDM and Digital Signage included? Or is digital signage a separate item?

The Digital Signage Display is included in the Ultimate plan.
If you have subscribed to the Ultimate or Ultra plans, you will be able lock down the devices into images/videos streaming screens. Please look into Digital Signage Kiosk using Hexnode for more info.
