As we are planning to use our enrolled devices on the field, it would be nice to have a SOS function baked into the MDM, from a simple floating SOS button that starts a phone call and sends an email with the location of the device, to a more complete function that detects falls, and starts a countdown, if the operator doesn’t stop this countdown then the phone sends calls, sms and email with location, ecc.

We have passed on your concern to our development team. Currently, we cannot detect the fall and send the location. However, manually you can send the location from the device to the admin. Is that your concern? Also, let me know the device platforms you are planning to manage.
