Kiosk mode not getting activatedSolved

Hi,
We pushed a multi app kiosk policy to one of our windows devices from the hexnode portal. But when switching to the local account in which the kiosk was configured, it fails to activate. The kiosk policy was shown as successful in the portal. Not able to find the problem here..please help.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The possible reason for this issue is that the local user account in which the kiosk mode was configured might not have been signed out before pushing the policy to the Windows device. You need to sign out of the local user account before pushing the kiosk policy.

Please try signing out and signing back into the local user account for the kiosk policy to take effect. Restarting the Windows device can also solve the problem, as @iona suggested.
