Is there any possibility that you can connect the device back to the Wifi network? Are you able to pull down the notification panel?
yes, I can pull down the notification panel it will not allow me into Settings
Do you see the WiFi icon in the notification tray?
Yes, it says Security Policy prevents the use of wifi
Is there any network to which your device will auto-join on turning on the WiFi ?
Okay. I think you also set a WiFi Profile in it which doesn’t allow the device to connect to any other WiFi network
Do you remember blocking the Safe Mode for that device in the policy?
I have deleted the policies
that’s the last option as the Factory reset is also blocked. But do you still have that policy in your dashboard or did you delete it off from the dashboard as well?
I deleted it
Is there a sim card in the device? Are you able to turn on the Mobile data?
Yes.but Security Policy prevents it
I guess you pretty much blocked every possibility to get out of the MDM. You can also try flashing the device with a custom ROM.
Cheers!
