Integrating Zendesk with Hexnode will make the management of devices much easier and faster. The IT admins will now be able to manage devices from the Support console. The support requests from the channel via Hexnode MDM will be assigned as Zendesk Support Tickets. The queries will be handled through these tickets.

What actions can be performed once this integration is completed, can all hexnode actions be performed on the device?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Post the integration of Zendesk with Hexnode, you shall be able to conduct the following actions on the device through Zendesk support:
- Scan Device.
- Scan Device Location.
- Lock Device.
- Clear Passcode.
- Wipe Device.
- Enable Lost Mode.
- Disable Lost Mode.
- Disenroll Device.
However, all Hexnode actions can be carried out on the device through the Hexnode device management portal as well.
