I have a client that wants to be able to login to our hexnode account and only see his tablets, to see where they are. How can we do this?

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
You can create a technician with the role ‘Reports Manager’. The technician would be able to login to Hexnode and access only the Reports tab. Thus, he will be able to access the Location reports and get to know about the location history of all enrolled devices.
To create a new technician:
- Navigate to Admin-> Technician and Roles and click on Add Technician.
- Configure the displayed options. You can click on the drop-down list next to the option ‘Role’ and choose Reports Manager.
- Click Save.
A technician who can access only the reports will be created now.
