Recently, one of our employees reported that their assigned iOS device is not showing any Microsoft Teams messages or Outlook emails in the notifications. Because of this, they are missing important messages and emails, making it harder for them to keep track of everything. Is there any policy or configuration profile we can configure to enable app-specific notifications?

Thanks for the information. Is there a way to configure notification settings for macOS devices too?
We have a sample configuration profile to manage app notification settings on macOS devices in our configuration profile repository. On macOS devices, you can deploy this configuration profile using Hexnode’s Deploy Custom Configuration Profile feature.
I hope this helps! Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions.
