It would be nice to stop users uninstall Hexnode remote view.
Because all settings lost like confirm each time when remote login occur so user are aware of this but they don’t click on permission, so user need to bring phone to helpdesk and we lost time because users uninstall hexnode and their setting.

You can restrict uninstalling applications on Samsung Knox and devices enrolled in Android Enterprise as Device Owner by disabling Uninstall apps under Policies > New Policy > Android > Advanced Restrictions.
We’ve requested the team to implement restricting the uninstallation of Hexnode MDM Remote View app exclusively. We’ll keep you posted on any updates!
