As we gear up for some amazing sessions, after kicking off our first-ever in-person user conference, HexCon24, we have some exciting news lined up for our partners. And as we mark this major milestone, we are happy to announce, once again, that the Hexnode Managed Service Provider (MSP) Portal has just gone live.
The centralized management console reduces the complexity and overhead associated with switching between different management tools, while remote resource allocation reduces the time needed for the deployment and management of resources across multiple clients, enhancing efficiency and responsiveness. And the role-based permission improves security by ensuring that only authorized technicians have access to the resources. The available roles include:
- Admin – with full access to the MSP portal.
- Billing Manager – with access to the Billing Section in the MSP Portal.
- Apps and Reports Manager – with access to the Apps tab and Reports tab.
- Reports Manager – with access to the Reports tab.
