Hi,
I am wondering if there is any benefit to managing company owned devices in both GW and Hexnode, when using Hexnode as the MDM? They don’t seem to sync and I would rather not have to maintain both lists seperately.

Sorry about your troubles. It is indeed most unfortunate. However, could you please check if the Sync across all domains field has been checked?
You can schedule the sync on a weekly or daily basis using the Scheduled Scan feature present on the Admin > GSuite page. Click on Actions > Edit to edit the configurations. Additionally, you can initiate a sync at any time by clicking on the refresh icon next to each domain, or the refresh button to the left of the Action button for a global sync.
Could you please let us know if the issue persists even after troubleshooting? It would be really helpful if you could tell us the exact issue that you are facing.
