I was trying out the lock device action on my macOS device and I forgot the PIN that was used when configuring the action. Is there any way to obtain the PIN from the portal? Will it get stored somewhere in the portal so that I can retrieve it?

I think you will be able access it from the Action History tab. Can you try clicking on the “i” icon beside status of the Lock Device action? The PIN that you had configured for the Lock Device action should be present in the popup window that appears when you click on the “i” icon. Do give a heads up if you were able to get the PIN.

Lock device feature is supported for Android, iOS, Windows and macOS platforms. Check out their doc on remotely locking a device. You will get a better idea, perhaps.
