Not able to modify passcode or add fingerprints on iPadSolved

Hello. We have “modify passcode” enabled under our advanced restrictions. However, device users aren’t able to modify their passcode or add a fingerprint on their ipads – everything is greyed out. How do we fix this?

Hey, Thanks for posting the query.

Please confirm that you have enabled the ‘Add or Remove Touch ID/Face ID’ option under Advanced Restrictions in iOS.
On enabling the ‘Add or remove Touch ID’ option you will be able to add/remove a fingerprint to the iOS devices.
