I see a possible report for Bitlocker, but it would be incredibly helpful to know which macs have Filevault enabled and the status of the encryption key (Is it is the cloud, or “Unable to fetch the recovery key” errors.

Hello @mattrizzo , welcome to Hexnode Connect!

We will certainly forward your suggestion to the respective team.

In the meantime, could you please check if the FileVault Personal Recovery Key column in the Enrolled Devices report under Reports > Device Reports serves your requirement? This column displays either the decrypted recovery key or any of the following statuses:

  • Failed: Shown when the recovery key is not fetched despite enabling the Escrow Personal Recovery Key option on the FileVault policy associated with the device.

  • N/A: It indicates that the FileVault is enabled, and the recovery key has been fetched but is not decrypted.

  • FileVault disabled: The FileVault is disabled in the device.

Please feel to reach out in case of any further queries or concerns.

Best regards,

It would be beneficial to include a detailed report on FileVault encryption status for Macs, including key storage location and any retrieval errors.
