Exchange Active Sync Policy is not effective on the Samsung Knox deviceSolved

Hi folks,

I’ve been trying to deploy an Exchange ActiveSync policy to a couple of Samsung devices enrolled via the Knox portal, but nothing reflects on the device end. Tried multiple times on different devices and by connecting to different networks. But all efforts are in vain. Please help me out!

My devices are running on Android 12 and Knox version 3.8.

Hi @_patricia_,

Unfortunately, the Exchange ActiveSync policy support has been deprecated by Samsung for Knox 3.2.1 and later versions. Therefore, the Exchange ActiveSync policy in Hexnode will no longer be effective on Knox devices running Android 9 (Pie) and later.
