Enrolled iOS devices not listed in portal even if it has the profile installedSolved

i have some iphones and ipads that are enrolled. I also made sure that these have the profile installed. But they are not shown on the portal. why is that?

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.

The probable cause of iOS devices not being listed in the portal is that they are not able to reach the APNs.
Please check if your device is connected to a network. Only then the device will be able to reach the APNs.
