Hi, I need help with disenrolling a device.  I have several tablets that are inactive…meaning they have been powered off for several months and no longer exists, yet I can’t seem to disenroll them from the system to delete them.I select the device, click the disenroll device and confirm password, yet it doesn’t let me delete the device because the system still thinks it’s enrolled

Hey Joyce! To delete a disenrolled device from the list the device needs to be marked as disenrolled, you can go through this topic to understand how it is done.
