Disabling notifications when the screen is lockedSolved

Hi,

Our organization wanted to disable notifications on the lock screen of our iOS devices. I did see a restriction regarding lock screen notifications available via policy in your portal. However, it appears to only disable the viewing of notification history on the lock screen. Is there a way to disable notifications on the lock screen for a particular app without affecting other notification settings for the app, such as enabling sound or allowing badges?

Thanks

Hey @noudtwan, Thanks for posting.

Hexnode UEM does offer an App Notifications setting under Policies > New Policy > iOS > App Management, which allows you to pick how individual apps should display their notifications on your iOS devices. The configuration settings include showing/hiding app notifications on the lock screen, enabling/disabling sounds, allowing badges, etc. Explore the App Notifications feature in depth from the document we’ve provided in the Hexnode Help Center. Note that the feature is supported only on Supervised iOS 9.3+ devices.

Feel free to reach out for further queries.
