Hey there,

I’ve got three Windows devices enrolled using Co-management, but I keep seeing the ‘Scanning in Progress’ message on the Device Summary page. I’ve tried messing around with different Wi-Fi networks, hotspots, and LAN connections, but it’s still stuck. Any ideas on how to fix this?

It appears that you’re facing an issue with the ‘Scanning in Progress’ message persisting on the Device Summary page after enrolling Windows devices via co-management. This could potentially be related to changes in the registry, particularly the Registry key DeviceClientId located at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Provisioning\OMADM\MDMDeviceID. If this Registry key has been deleted or removed from the device, it may result in the issue you’re experiencing.
