I’d like to suggest a custom log function on every device.
The log should be used to keep track of the actions on the IT-support.
Example:
2022-09-13 14:40: User was asked to update device OS
2022-07-03 09:13: Device had new screen installed after user dropped device from desktop
2021-01-10 13:04: Device had faulty charger, replaced from own stock – new stock has been ordred
