We have set up citrix workspace app in multi-app kiosk on Windows devices. But the app fails to load in kiosk mode. We have added the dependent packages as desktops apps, but still not working. How to fix it?

We also use the citrix workspace app. What are the dependent packages that you have added? Is warpdrive.exe added as a desktop app? That is one of the important apps required to run the citrix workspace app in kiosk mode.
Generally, warpdrive.exe is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic\WarpDrive\WarpDrive.exe. Check the same on your devices before deploying the policy. Hope this helps!
Checked. Warpdrive.exe is not added as a desktop app. Any idea where is that file located on the device, unable to find it?
