Changing remote view resolutionSolved

Hi, I would like to make a request for a feature that allows the admin to change the resolution of the remote view video in the portal. The video quality of the remote view is terribly low when the user is having a bad internet connection. Otherwise, it works perfectly fine.

Thank you for reaching out to us!

Hexnode does provide you with the option to change the video resolution of the remote view feature. You can navigate to Manage Tab -> Select your device -> Device Summary -> Remote View and click on the “Start Session” to start the remote view session. Once the remote view has been initiated, you can click on the “Settings icon” on the top right corner beside the device screen to select the video resolution from the following options: 180p, 240p, 360p, 480p and 720p.
