Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
- To remove a technician from the portal, please navigate to Admin-> Technician and Roles. Along the extreme right of the row in which the details of the specific technician is listed will be a ‘trash’ icon. Please click on it to remove the technician.
Please note that the above method cannot be used to delete the Super Admin of the portal. - To edit the details of a technician, go to Admin-> Technicians and Roles, select the desired technician and choose the edit option at the end of the row. Edit the details and click ‘Save’.
