Hello! We tried some app deployment methods from hexnode for our employee iPhones and for some reason they are not getting installed. We’re just getting warmed up to hexnode features, so could someone please identify the error?

Valerie

actually there are many possible errors. i guess you could find the issue by checking the action history of the phone

Thank you for your suggestion. Checked there and found this – ‘Cannot connect to iTunes Store’. How can this be solved? Please help.

If you’ve done everything right then it could be some internet issue. This message often pops up when that happens.

Thanks for posting on our forum, guys!
@Valerie, please try out these troubleshooting mechanisms:

  1. Ensure the network connectivity on the device.
  2. Check Apple’s system status page to find out whether there are any service interruptions in your region.
  3. This issue often occurs when the date, time, or time zone is set incorrectly on the device. You can either update them correctly or set the automatic date and time settings on the device.
  4. Check if the deployed app is compatible with the device, and ensure that there are no pending OS updates on the device.

You can find the detailed debugging steps in the troubleshooting documentation.

Tip: The error messages can differ with respect to the OS version, device, etc. The same steps mentioned above can be used to resolve the following issues:

  • “Cannot connect to the iTunes Store. An unknown error has occurred.”
  • “We could not complete your iTunes Store request. The network connection could not be established. There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later.”
  • “We could not complete your iTunes Store request. The iTunes Store is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.”
  • “Could not connect to the iTunes Store. Make sure your network connection is active and try again.”

Hope that helps you in resolving the issue.

Cheers!
