Thank you for reaching out to us.
An action that is deployed to a device can be stuck in the “pending” state due to various reasons. The most common reason would be of the device stuck in a state with no network connectivity, halting the Hexnode sync services.
You shall be able to cancel an action that has been sent to the device, if it remains in the pending state. For this, you shall have to click on the ‘x’ button which is present to the far right of your corresponding action. Please have a look at the image below:
