Hi, can I cancel a disenroll device request?
Sorry Leonard, you cannot, as of now. As soon as you initiate the Disenroll device action from the portal the disenroll command gets queued for delivery to the device.
If the device is online, it gets delivered right away and the device gets disenrolled. If the device is offline, the command stays in queue and gets delivered the moment device is back online.
However, you can enroll the device back. Here, check out these steps:
