If you have initiated direct app install, you won’t be able to block it or initiate another uninstall. Only after the app has been installed and the changed reflected back in the portal, can you initiate another uninstallation.
If the app has been assigned as a mandatory app, then you can remove the policy from the device or group to have the app push canceled if it has not already been initiated.
However, you will soon have the ability to cancel the pending actions like app installs, Follow our release updates here
