Can I remotely access and download files from my phone?Solved

Isn’t your device enrolled in Hexnode? If so, you should be able to access the File Explorer from the Hexnode console and download the files from there.

I’m familiar with that feature, but last time I checked, I could only copy, delete, or move files. I don’t remember seeing an option to download them.

As @arthur mentioned, you can use the File Explorer feature in Hexnode to access the files on your device. You’re right that downloading wasn’t available before, but we recently introduced this feature to make it easier. Here’s how you can do it: 

• Log in to the Hexnode UEM console. 
• Go to the Manage tab and select the Android device you want to access. 
• Open the File Explorer sub-tab and click on Open File Explorer. 
• You’ll see a list of folders and files on your device. Navigate to the folder where the photos/videos are stored. 
• Select the checkbox next to the files you want to download. 
• Click on Actions in the File Explorer window and choose Download. 
• A confirmation popup will appear—click Download to proceed. 

Note that currently, only files under 300MB can be downloaded, and you can only download one file at a time.

Oh, this is really useful! It would’ve been great if I could download multiple files at once, but this still works for me. Thanks!
